Select your modem to get started:
Note: The CG3000 model was supplied from 29 June 2022 onwards. If you're not sure which model you have, please check your modem's barcode sticker on the base.
Visit our Network Status page to see any known issues in your area that may be affecting your service speed.
Turn off your modem and leave it off for at least 10 seconds.
