Mobile Voice Activate SIM Card

 

These methods are for residential mobile services only. If you have a Business Mobile service, please call us on 13 86 89 to get activated.

If you have a SIM for a TransACT mobile plan, please call us on 13 22 58 to get activated.

 

  1. Call 1300 115 225 and listen to the voice prompts.
  2. Enter your mobile number using the keypad on your phone.
  3. Enter the 13 digit SIM ID number (found on the SIM card itself) using the keypad on your phone.

  4. Enter your date of birth as an eight digit number (DDMMYYYY) using the keypad on your phone.

  1. Go to: http://toolbox.iinet.net.au/activate
  2. Select your SIM card type (Standard/Micro Dual-Cut size or Nano size) from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the 13-digit SIM ID number (found on the SIM card itself) in the text box and then click Next.
  4. If you’re porting your mobile number to iiNet from another provider, you may need to enter your mobile number, date of birth and the name of your previous mobile service provider to finish.
