Fetch is no longer available for sale
iiNet is no longer offering new Fetch services for purchase from 22 January 2025.
What does this mean for existing Fetch customers?
Existing iiNet customers who have Fetch can keep using their current Fetch service. However, it will no longer be possible to purchase a new Fetch Multiroom subscription to add another Fetch box to your household or purchase an additional Fetch Mighty, Fetch Mini or Fetch remote.
You can keep using your Fetch service in the same way you do now, including:
- Add or remove Fetch channel packs
- Access your streaming apps through the Fetch menu
- Buy or rent titles from the Fetch TV Store or Movie Store
If I change my iiNet internet plan or move house, can I keep my Fetch service?
Yes, you can keep your Fetch subscription if your iiNet internet plan is changed or moved to another location.
If you cancel your iiNet internet service, please note that the Fetch service will also be cancelled.
Who do I contact about my Fetch service?
We’ll continue to support all existing iiNet Fetch customers with their Fetch services until further notice. You’ll find a range of handy setup and troubleshooting guides on our website.
