How can I view a full list of my Hosted email addresses?
- Log into Toolbox (iiNet customers) or MyAccount (Westnet customers).
- Select the My Products tab, then Manage hosted email.
- If you have multiple domains, select the one you wish to view using the Domain drop-down menu. You'll see a list of all your email addresses.
How do I retrieve the passwords for each of my Hosted email addresses?
Passwords can’t be retrieved but can be reset for individual users.
- Log into Toolbox (iiNet customers) or MyAccount (Westnet customers).
- Select the My Products tab, then Manage hosted email.
- If you have multiple domains, select the one you wish to view using the Domain drop-down menu.
- When the list of addresses has loaded, click Edit.
- Enter your name in the Full Name field, then type your selected password in both fields and click Edit Mailbox to finish.
- If you would prefer, you can use our Generate Password feature. Be sure to keep a local copy of your selection, paste it into both Password fields, then click Edit mailbox to complete.

Please note: If you have a large amount of data or multiple mailboxes, you may wish to investigate a bulk migration tool such as BitTitan’s MigrationWiz or those available through Microsoft Office 365.
I only use Webmail, how can I obtain a copy of my mail, contacts, and calendars?
Our Hosted Webmail doesn’t contain export functionality. You will need to add your account to an email client such as Outlook, Mac Mail or Thunderbird using the following settings:
iiNet settings
Incoming Mail server: hostedmail.iinet.net.au
Port: 110 (POP3) or 143 (IMAP)
Security: None
Outgoing Mail server: hostedmail.iinet.net.au
Security: None
Select my outgoing server requires authentication and use same settings as incoming mail server
Port: 587
Westnet settings
Incoming Mail Server: mail.westnet.com.au
Port: 110 (POP3) or 143 (IMAP)
Security: None
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.westnet.com.au
Security: None
Select my outgoing server requires authentication and use same settings as incoming mail server
Port: 587

Can I be provided with a full backup copy to download directly from iiNet/Westnet?
Our server administrators are unable to export a copy of your data directly from the server, it can only be retrieved using one of the methods detailed above.
