Ultra Broaband FTTB price changes for existing customers

As a result of increased network wholesale costs, we are adjusting our pricing to keep delivering the same quality of broadband plans.

This will affect existing customers with Ultra Broadband FTTB plans that were previously sold by iiNet.

Only the monthly plan fee will change – all other features of the plan will stay the same.

What does this mean for affected customers?

  • If your plan is affected, we’ve emailed you to let you know how your monthly plan fee is changing.
  • Your new monthly plan fees will automatically apply on your next regular payment in August 2023. You can check your regular payment date in Toolbox.
  • Your plan’s speed will not change.
  • Any included phone line, call rates or add-on Call Packs will not change.
  • Any applicable monthly fees for add-on services will not change.
  • Any existing promotional discounts that you currently enjoy will not change.
  • Your service will continue to be a month-to-month plan.
     

What happens if I cancel my plan?

If you wish to cancel your service by calling us on the number below, you won’t be charged a cancellation fee.
