If you have been affected by the Australian bushfires, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss how we can help you make arrangements for your phone and broadband services, such as:

  • Cancellation of services without penalty;
  • Reservation of telephone numbers for a period of up to three months;
  • Free connection to alternative premises/accommodation while your home is uninhabitable;
  • Free installation of any iiNet Group broadband service (including free modem and delivery charge) at your new premises within a 12 month period with continuation of existing contract (where relevant and with no penalty).
