iiNet Members Webspace End of Life

The iiNet Members Webspace service has reached End of Life and has closed.

This complimentary service provided 1GB of webspace to create a non-commercial website under customer usernames on the iiNet domain, e.g. "members.iinet.net.au/~jane.citizen".

Important information

• Internet access is not affected by this change.
• Paid web hosting services are not affected by this change.
• The majority of webspace services have not been logged into within the past 12 months.
• Affected customers have been notified via email and SMS, which will include their webspace username and the applicable closure date.

What affected customers need to do

Once closed, webspaces will no longer work and their content will not be accessible.

The iiNet Members domain (i.e. "members.iinet.net.au") will no longer exist and no redirection will be possible.

If customers wish to keep their webspace content, they must download it before the service is closed by following the steps in Accessing your iiNet Website files.

If customers do not use their webspace service or they do not wish to keep the webspace content, then they don't need to do anything.
