How to forward an email as an attachment
This article will show you how to forward an email as an attachment, which is required when reporting scam, hoax or phishing emails to abuse@iinet.net.au.

Note: If your email software isn't covered here, please use iiNet Webmail, which is available to everyone.

iiNet Webmail
- Log in to iiNet Webmail and open the email in question.
- Click the More button in the top right-hand corner of the email and select Forward Attachment from the drop-down menu.
- Enter "abuse@iinet.net.au" in the To field and "Phishing Email" in the Subject field.
- Click Send Email to finish.
Microsoft Outlook
- Open Outlook and double-click the email to open it in a popup window.
- Select More from the top menu bar and then select Forward as Attachment.
- Enter "abuse@iinet.net.au" in the To field and "Phishing Email" in the Subject field.
- Click Send to finish.
Mac Mail OSX (Desktop)
- Open Mac Mail and click the email to view it.
- Click Message in the top menu bar and select Forward as Attachment from the drop-down menu.
- Enter "abuse@iinet.net.au" in the To field and "Phishing Email" in the Subject field.
- Click Send to finish.
Mozilla Thunderbird
- Open Thunderbird and right-click on the email in your inbox.
- Select Forward As in the drop-down menu and then click Attachment.
- Enter "abuse@iinet.net.au" in the To field and "Phishing Email" in the Subject field.
- Click Send to finish.
