Hosted Lync Call Groups After Hours Voicemail
This article will show you how to configure your Call Group to divert incoming calls to voicemail after business hours.
Configure After Hours Voicemail
- Log into to the iiNet Hosting Control Panel with your username and password.
- On the Dashboard (Home tab) locate the Lync section and then click Manage.
Please note: If you don't see the Lync section on the Dashboard, select your Hosted Microsoft Services subscription from the drop down menu on the top right of the page.
- Select Call Groups tab and then click Edit Business Hours.
Select your time zone from the drop-down menu, and then set the days and hours your business is open.
You can choose to play a voice message if someone calls outside of business hours. This can be done by uploading a .WAV or .WMA audio file that's under 4MB in size (recommended) or by using the "Text to Speech" tool (suitable for testing only).
Finally, choose whether you want the calls to be disconnected after the message has played, or if you want them to be forwarded to a specific Lync 3 user's voicemail.
- Click OK to finish.
